PREPARING FOR YOUR CLEANING APPOINTMENT
THINGS TO DO BEFORE WE COME TO CLEAN
A lookout for asbestos (Homes Over 30 Years Old): Please read our Asbestos FAQs if you think that the tape or insulation in your home’s heating system contains asbestos.
Clear the area around the furnace and vents: Please remove all lamps, plants, and breakables from the area around your vents
Locate Your Vents: Please go around your home thoroughly and allow access to all of your vents, including hot air vents (on the floor), cold air vents (on the wall), and ceiling vents, which are commonly found in basements.
Furnace Room: Please move any items within 4 feet of your furnace and hot water tank. Your furnace must be fully accessible with several feet clear in front for our cleaning – if you are unsure about the accessibility of your furnace, please inform us when we call to confirm your appointment.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW FOR THE DAY OF CLEANING
Time
Arrivals for morning appointments are between 8:00 am and 1:00 pmArrivals for afternoon appointments are between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.To provide you with your two-hour arrival window, we will provide you with a phone call or text messagePlease let us know in advance if you require a more narrowed down time of arrival before your appointment. We do our best to keep our schedule running smoothly throughout the day and cannot have our technicians waiting in the driveway. We ask that you be home and prepared for our arrival.
Parking :
Please make sure there is paved, legal parking available within 30 feet of your home’s entrance. And that the vehicles are moved to allow our technicians to park as close to the entrance as possible.
Please make sure that snow and ice are removed from driveways and sidewalks.

Pets
Your pets may find our equipment to be frightening and loud. The door will be partially open while we clean.Please make arrangements to keep your pets in a safe location where our cleaning won’t disturb them.
Payment :
Cash and personal checks are not accepted at this time.
Debit, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted.
The balance is due in full when the cleaning is completed.
